What are my interests?
I started penning down my interests in textiles and otherwise.
After listing out my interests, i researched on a few topics that i would like to take forward and narrowed it down to the below themes.
Theme 1:
In today's world, with the fast pace life, everything around has become very techno. Life is slowly becoming virtual. Soon the touch and feel element will disappear.
I first targeted the children. Now a days a 7 year old kid also knows how to operate a computer to play games. Kids learn so much through touch.
Instead of just having toys as isolated pieces, i thought of making them interactive. The toys are no more considered as time-pass objects, they are looked up to as an interesting and creative teaching-learning medium. To include touch.
Later i shifted to young adults. They are interested more in computer games, virtual reality. Would they come out of that and play/interact with the actual object? Here lies the challenge.
Theme 2:

Finding common points between theme 1 and theme 2.
Theme 3:
I am highly interested in the arts and crafts sector. I love embroidery. There are questions that i need to know about and want to find out.
Is there anything more than i can do? Can i make any contribution to that sector? How can i help it?
Final theme:
Keeping the idea of having an element of fun and curiosity, i chose to work with origami. Origami itself is challenging. Various shapes can be made with just folds. It transforms the paper. Looking at the final outcome, one gets curious as to how it reached to that step.
